Buyers buy open houses.
While open houses are typically held by a Realtor in an effort to acquire new buyers as they enter the marketplace, don't overlook the possibility that your home could be sold during an open house. We suggest hosting at least one open house, possibly more, in an effort to market your home to as many potential buyers as possible with the least amount of inconvenience to you. In our area, “open housing” is an extra-curricular activity. Potential buyers are out every weekend, rain or shine! Be sure to use every avenue available to you, including open houses!
