These tours are especially important. Most agents who are actively working with buyers will preview homes before showing them. During a Realtor tour, we will ask you to make your home available for approximately four hours for local Realtors to take a sneak peek at your home. It should be in the same condition it would be for a showing, as this is the one and only chance you have to impress those who are responsible for showing your home to buyers. Your goal, after a tour, is to have agents scrambling to contact all their buyers to let them know about this great house that just came on the market. You want to be the one they're talking about!
