During the course of your listing with Signal Realty Group, you will be provided with weekly reporting on four different areas of your listing. You will receive a report from the visual tour company showing the number of times your tour was viewed and how the buyer arrived at your tour (which website they viewed it on). You will receive a report that lists which Buyer's Agents showed your home that week and their buyer's feedback on your home. You will receive a weekly activity report from realtor.com that shows how many times your home was viewed during the previous week. Lastly, you will receive a report from the MLS that shows how many buyers received your home listing via e-mail (based on the criteria they've selected that matches what you're selling) the previous week, the previous month, and cumulatively since the inception of your listing. These are all very helpful, objective tools that we can use together to assess our progress. By reviewing these statistics on a regular basis, we can stay at the top of our game in terms of pricing and being the best value on the market in your particular price range.
