Prior to becoming a Realtor, Rachael worked in sales and marketing for a major industrial supply company. Rachael’s extensive background in sales and marketing made for a seamless transition into the field of real estate.  Rachael has also earned the Certified Negotiation Consultant designation (CNC). Location: This is the only one of the three that cannot be changed. With that being said, you must make the most of what you have to work with.

Price: We cannot stress enough the importance of pricing your home correctly. Please be willing to work within the parameters of the current market. In any market, seller's or buyer's, it is important to price competitively. You will receive the highest and best offers and ultimately sell for more when priced right from the beginning.

Condition: This factor is the one that is most controllable by you, the seller. Take the time to review your home objectively, as if you were a buyer seeing it for the first time. Remove clutter (it's absolutely free and will net you the largest return on your investment), clean and stage your home for the best results.
